Fees include pastoral services, catering, cleaning electricity, heating, internet, laundry and water charges.

The residential contract is for a 38 week period. The first payment is due prior to move-in and must be received before residency commences.

Payment due dates do not necessarily coincide with Student Loan or Student Allowance dates. You will need to ensure you have sufficient funds to make the initial payment without help from these sources.

The contract for residency at Victoria House is between the Hall and you, the resident, not between the Hall and your parent / guardian. This means invoices and reminders for payment will be sent directly to you, not your parent / guardian. It is your responsibility to ensure invoices are forwarded if necessary and the account payer is aware of the payment deadlines.

Deposit

A $935 deposit is required with your acceptance, The deposit also includes a full linen pack which is charged at $265. The breakdown of theitems is listed in the agreement and handbook.

Accommodation Holding Fee - refundable within six weeks of the end of the term of residence, should all obligations as in; board payments up to date, keys handed in and no attributable damages outstanding. Attributable damage and expenses to Hall property will also be deducted proportionately from this fee.
