Social Spaces

Within the hall, we have a purpose built music room, a dedicated design and architecture project room, movie room, games lounge, two study rooms, and other communal areas and lounges. 

Smoking and Vaping

Victoria House buildings and grounds are smoke-free and vape-free. There is a designated outdoor area for smoking and vaping.

Kitchenettes

Each floor has a kitchenette which includes a fridge, kettle, sink and microwave.

Parking

We have limited car parks available for residents. This is allocated on a first come first served basis and should be applied for before you move into the hall. Parking costs are $40 per week. Temporary parking is subject to availability. This is $40, regardless of whether your car is there for one night or seven.

Free and Unlimited Internet Access

Free and unlimited internet access is provided for all residents. For non-Victoria University students, you will be able to access the VUW network as a guest in which you you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions

Laundry

Laundry (wash & dry) is free of charge. You will be required to provide your own laundry powder.
