The Executive Director manages Victoria House, assisted by the Student Life Manager, Pastoral Care Manager, Administrators, Student Support Coordinators, and a team of Residential Assistants. Together they foster a community that provides an environment suitable for successful academic study. One which also includes a variety of sporting, cultural and social events.

The Executive Committee is comprised of representatives of the Anglican and Presbyterian churches in Wellington, representatives of Victoria University of Wellington, and others elected through the Victoria House Society. The Society elects an Executive Committee annually.
